About Tina Angell

Tina Angell has been with Coldwell Banker Realty since 2002 and is a licensed broker. Tina has managed multiple offices, achieved President's Council and is excited to be working with her husband, John, and the Angell Team on helping sellers and buyers directly with their real estate needs! Tina's knowledge of sales, leadership, and customer service has shown proven success!

Prior to her real estate career, Tina worked at Thomson Reuters for 10 years in computer programming managing a team of 20+ programmers, and worked at State Farm Insurance for 5 years as a programmer analyst.

Tina is an active devoted mom (amazing boys and spoiled dogs) and resides in the Crosslake / Breezy Point area with her husband, John, who is also a licensed Realtor. Tina loves spending time with family and friends - golfing, boating, snowmobiling, and participating in any activities that involve their family and their lake home - both in the summer winter!

I originally met Tina as a management colleague at Coldwell Banker Realty where her enthusiasm was contagious. Later, when Tina served as the Director of Training I found her to be willing to go the extra mile to support her instructors; helping in any way possible. I am now retired and we recently used John and Tina to sell our lake home in the Brainerd Lakes area. In the process, we found them to be fabulous Realtors! They helped us price the home, strategize the best timing to enter the market, and stage it prior to going on the market. Then they provided professional photographs that presented our property in such a positive way that we received many showings in the first few days, resulting in 4 offers and a sale price 25k over our list price. Their advice during the negotiating process was wise and reassuring. During the entire process, they stayed on top of every detail and always returned texts and telephone calls within a few minutes. John graduated with a business degree from Mankato State University. In 1996, John joined Burnet Realty which later became Coldwell Banker Realty. Utilizing his business and marketing skills, John helps guide both sellers and buyers successfully through the real estate process. John has achieved President's Club status which is top 50 for all of Coldwell Banker Burnet.
